Ko. A cookbook concept by Anders Wallner.

Ko. (cow) is a cookbook designed to create more understanding for the meat that we eat, divided into 14 cuts of meat with one recipe each the book lets you explore the different tastes and uses of the cow. Printed on semi-transperent high quality paper it lets you see the whole meat chart. The design and choice of paper is well thought through to give a creative sense for cooking aswell as take away the somewhat masculine label meat, and cooking with meat has gotten.

This is the first book in a line of three, where gris. (pig) and lamm. (lamb) is soon to follow.

Along with the book comes;

* 14 wine labels, as a wine sorting system, numbered after the cuts of meat and recipes listed in the book.

* Kitchen towels with illustrations from the book.

* Butcher paper, high quality butcher paper with illustrations and necessary labeling printed.
